Home Course for Kids & Parents

This segment is a basic physical education portion with the intent to warm up the body for the following exercises as well as to develop coordination skills. Use this exercises to make a fun intro on your training. You can even 'race' your child before and/or after class.

This segment is a continuation of warm up drills in which coordination exercises are blended with actual techniques that will be needed in the future for complex maneuvers. 

This segment covers basic self-defense situations while both parties are standing up.

Learn how to transition from uncomfortable to comfortable positions on the ground.
