Competition Team
Introduction
You have been invited to join our Competition Team practice.
Target Tournament: IBJJF PAN KIDS NO-GI
Fort Lauderdale, FL
October 19, 2025 (Sunday)
Eligibility:
1) Must attend a minimum of 3 days of training per week). MANDATED
2) Must compete regularly in regional and major tournaments. Minimum of 3 tournaments before the IBJJF PAN KIDS NO-GI. MANDATED
3) Must have at least 95% attendance. MANDATED
4) Coach chooses your weight division. If you don't make the determined weight, you won't be allowed to enter the IBJJF tournament. MANDATED
IMPORTANT: If you fail items 1, 2 or 3 of the contract. Your CT program will be terminated.
Program
The goal is to allow the athletes to add approximately 50+ extra hours of specialized sessions in which training will be individually prescribed by Professor Vieira and tournament performance will be tracked and evaluated.
Some practices may be supervised by assistant instructors.
All sessions will be trained in No-Gi uniform.
Specialization of moves will be achieved by high number of repetitions, tactical rehearsals, instructional videos of different instructors and sparring.
Schedule & Cost
Mondays from 4 to 5 PM. (Doors open after 3:30 PM)
Fridays from 5 to 7 PM (Doors open at 5:00 PM)
Program starts on 8/11/25 and ends on 10/17/25.
There will be no practices on Major Holidays.
Cost: One time fee of $450. (Includes competition ranked rash guard and fight shorts for the Pan Kids No-Gi.

By enrolling I promise to abide by items 1, 2 and 3 of the program eligibility in order to be part of this special practice and orientation program.
